Investment approach

We provide investment opportunities into the Debt side and Equity side of the business. The debt instrument is secured by a specified real estate property as collateral. Real estate debt typically takes the form of a mortgage or deed of trust. On the equity side, investors have the opportunity to invest directly – and benefit from such investments, in a property. For example, the equity owner in a real estate deal may generate income from rents and leases while also gaining value from appreciation of property values.

    Short term, safe returns. Your investment is used for residential purchases and renovation costs backed up by a collateral. A dedicated project manager stays with the project from acquisition to dispostion. Approximate 6-month cycle duration.
